Join our Lent Study Group, this Monday 13th March at 1.30 pm. then for the next 3 Monday’s in Lent .
Do feel that you can join us in our conversations as we pass through the season of Lent. Everybody is welcome. We shall be exploring together what we believe and what we should believe – as Methodists and Christians. Led by our minister the Rev Dr Adrian Burdon, audio/ visual material is used to stimulate discussion.

If you are not ready to talk then just come along, listen and watch, no pressure to contribute unless you want to. Read our minister’s letter (in the blog) and be encouraged to come along and give it a try. All are welcome at The Drive.
Sunday 12th March 10.30 am. Join us for worship
You will be very welcome. The service will be led by Deacon Denise Creed and lasts about an hour. This will be the 2nd Sunday in Lent. Our normal congregation is around 65.

We will be pleased if you could join us for coffee in the Community room afterwards, if you have the time.

Table Top Sale & Coffee Morning this Saturday 11th March,10 am. – 1 pm.
Call in to our Table Top Sale this Saturday. Have a browse round the stalls and then sit and have a coffee and snack in the Community Room or just come for the coffee.

We hope that you find something to purchase at the tables but if not just come and enjoy a cuppa. All are always welcome at The Drive
Friday 10th March our regular Friday coffee morning 10.30 am. – 12 pm.
Do call in and enjoy a beaker of coffee/tea and biscuits. You will be very welcome whether you have been before or not.

The Ladies Fellowship Group this week Wednesday 8th March is at Church Road 2.15 pm. start
A joint meeting with Church Road Methodist Ladies at Church Road. As usual all are welcome.
The Talk is ” Giving nature a home in your garden.” – RSPB.

Come to the Speakers Club Tuesday 7th march 2.15 pm. for 2.30
You will be welcome. This week our speaker is Roger Smith on the topic “Short Story Writing and Other Stories”

Refreshments 2.15 followed by talk at 2.30 pm. Do come whether you have been before or not. All are welcome, ladies and gentlemen, church goers and non church goers. all are welcome at The Drive.
Join us for Sunday Worship on 5th March, either at 9:00 am. or 10:30 am.
9 :00 am. is said Holy Communion. A short Communion service lasting about 30 mins. and
10:30 am. is also a Communion service but with music and hymns (generally lasting about an hour).
Both services will be led by our minister Rev Dr Adrian Burdon. We encourage you to come to one of the services and you will be very welcome.

We would also like to invite you to join us for Coffee/tea in the community room after the 10.30 service if you have the time.

Our Shrove Tuesday Pancakes were a great success.

The day proved very popular and all who attended enjoyed their pancakes, drink and the company.
