A big thank you to all those who supported our ‘Cakes for Beds’ fundraiser to buy new beds and mattresses for The Methodist Hospital in Sierra Leone.
Half way through the morning. Many cakes being enjoyed with coffee/tea and those above were bought as people departed.
Hospital Beds and mattresses, which couldn’t be sourced in Sierra Leone, cost £250 each to be bought and shipped, We raised and sent off enough for almost 2 beds. (50 required).
A magnificent response from all who contributed. Thank you.
Some of our congregation enjoyed a Harvest meal in the Church Hall after our Harvest Service which was led by our Minister Rev Stuart Wild. Everyone enjoyed good food and natter. A lovely occasion.
Visit of the President of the Methodist Conference. We invite you to join us at Lytham Church on Sunday 1st October for service at 3 p.m. The service will be followed by light refreshments. Do come along, we hope to see you there.
At the start of our Easter Day Service, the congregation brought forward flowers to put on the cross to celebrate the risen Christ.
A few photos taken at the meeting that everyone found educational and interesting. Organised by the Ladies Fellowship but open to everyone.
EVERYONE IS ALLWAYS VERY WELCOME AT THE DRIVE.
This was a short service in memory of all those who have gone before but are still remembered.
The service was much appreciated by those who attended and candles were lit in remembrance of loved ones.
A big Thank you to all who supported our Friday Macmillan Coffee Morning and made it such a success. Thank you all for your great support once again.
We enjoyed coffee, cake and good fellowship as well as raising money for the Charity. All takings for the morning are to be donated to Macmillan. We again thank everyone who made the morning a success.

After our Sunday worship many of us transferred into the Church hall where we enjoyed fellowship and food together before a few of us ventured out to the wet front lawn for the planting of a tree (dedicated by Rev Alan Clark) in memory of our jubilee celebrations.
At the start of our Easter Sunday Celebration each member of the congregation took a flower they had brought to church and went forward to place it on the cross to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus after His death by crucifixion.
