Christmas does not end at midnight on Christmas Day!
Christmas does not end at midnight on Christmas Day! The Christmas season runs from Christmas Eve all the way to Epiphany on 6 January and then the season of Epiphany lasts until Candlemas on 2 February, when we celebrate the presentation of Christ at the temple.

Epiphany, the date in the Church’s calendar in which Christians remember the visit of the wise men from the East to present gifts to Jesus.

Christmas at The Drive.
Sunday 17th December 10.30 am. Morning Worship led by Rev Dr Adrian Burdon.

and at 4 pm. Carol Service led by Rev Dr Adrian Burdon. Do come along and enjoy singing Christmas Carols. Mince pies and coffee/tea in the Community Room afterwards.

Monday 18th 10. 30 am. Our 3rd Advent Audio,/visual/ Discussion. Nunc Dimittis (The Song Of Simeon) Do join us. This is the last of the series but each discussion is independent so it doesn’t matter if you have missed the previous ones which have both had an attendance of about25. Note the change of time because of the afternoon Carol Singing.

Friday 22nd 10.30—12 pm Christmas Coffee Morning Do come along whether you are a regular, visitor, or just giving it a try. You will be very welcome.

Sunday 24th, 10.30 am. Christmas Eve Worship led by Mr Richard Golding. Organist Dr Kevin Morgan.

Blackpool Brass Band at The Drive Dec 15th 2017
An audience of over 140 thoroughly enjoyed an evening of Christmas music and carols with Blackpool Brass Band at The Drive. A great night. Brilliant acoustics.

Lancashire Sings Christmas was this year broadcast live from several venues, including Costa Coffee Lytham
We had a wonderful evening singing carols, in Costa, alongside over 70 friendly people from local churches.
Lancashire Sings Christmas, Thursday 14th Dec. 2017 at 7 pm.
Lancashire Sings Christmas
This is an annual event organised through BBC Radio Lancashire at which community and church groups come together to sing carols as part of a live broadcast. The gathering in Lytham, this Thursday, is going to be one of the venues from which the live broadcast takes place … so we need lots of people to come along, to sing your hearts out please. 7 pm. Costa Coffee on Park Street, Lytham, FY8 5LU. Free Coffee and fame.
