Thursday 19th October 12 pm. Tai Chi. 2 pm. Social Afternoon

12 pm Tai Chi Gentle Exercise for all. Do come along and give it a try.

2 pm. Social Afternoon.  This week we are having fun playing Yahtzee.  We are not at all skilled but enjoy the fellowship and fun.  If you haven’t played before or if you have some knowledge of the game do come along and join us.

We all look forward to the tea and biscuits tea and biscuits afterwards.

You are invited to either or both of these events whether you are a church member or not.Do come along and give them a try.

Coffee Morning 13th October 10.30 – 12 pm

Its Back! our Friday Morning coffee after last weeks break.  We look forward to seeing you again and also to welcoming any visitors.

Do come and join us, good coffee/tea & biscuits and good fellowship  Plus ,of course Ernest & Eileen’s stall where you can always find a bargain.  If you haven’t been before give it a try,

Wednesday 11th October: 2.30 Ladies Fellowship; 4 pm. Choir Rehearsal

Ladies fellowship.  ‘Crossing Borders‘ a talk by Liz Stone at 2.30.

Do come along.  You will be very welcome and do not need to be a church member.  We hope to see our regulars and also visitors.

4 pm  Choir Rehearsal

This is a weekly event.  If you enjoy singing and would like to join the choir the come along and speak to one of the choir.

You are invited to join either or both of these activities.

Tai Chi is at 12 pm., for an hour of gentle exercise for all.

The Social Afternoon is 2pm -3.30.  Our Social afternoons are open to all and we encourage you to come along and give it a try, either by yourself if you are brave or with a friend.  You will be very welcome.  This week we have a DVD so you can just sit and relax and watch the film.  There is also tea and biscuits to look forward to.  We will look forward to seeing you.  You don’t have to be a church person.

A Child’s Prayer

‘Dearest Loving Jesus, please help me to be good, and say and do nice things that all good children should.

  But if sometimes I slip a bit and do get out of hand, then please dear loving Jesus help the grown ups understand

 that it isn’t always easy to be good, as good as can be

 But I promise to always try my best because you’re helping me.’

  Amen
