Monday 19th November 2 pm First of four Advent Meetings in the Community Room.

The 4 All’s of Methodism.   How relevant are they for today’s church?

To be explored over 4 meetings. Do attend any of these meetings that you are able to.

Tues 20th November.    2.15 for 2.30  Mens Group Fellowship.

10 .30 am Morning Worship including Communion.

We would love you to join us. The Service lasts about an hour and our congregation averages between 60 – 70.  We want to increase this number so do come along either by yourself or with a friend and join us for coffee/tea in the community Room after the service if you have the time.

Remembrance Sunday Service 11th Nov. 10.30 am.

10.30 am – Service for Remembrance Sunday:

Marking exactly 100 years since the ending of the First World War and honouring all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the struggle for freedom, justice and peace.

Led by  Mr Richard Golding.

Organist: Mr Nigel Ogden.

7.00 pm. Fresh Expressions

At Fairhaven Methodist Church. 7pm The service will be about Remembrance and if anyone has a War Story to share please would they bring it along. Drinks available from 6.30

Do come along to this short service, very  much  appreciated by those who attend.  It lasts about 25 minutes.  Coffee/tea available afterwards if you can stay.  The church is open from 11 am.  Or just come for the Service at 12 pm.

Sunday 4th November: 9 am ‘said’ Holy Communion.

A short service lasting 25 – 30 minutes.

Led by Rev. Stephen Heath.

Sunday 4th November: 10.30 am. – Service for All Souls Day:  

Led by Mr Richard Golding, Organist: Mr Nigel Ogden,

An opportunity to remember in love and thanksgiving all those whom we have loved and lost awhile, including by the prayerful lighting of memorial candles if you wish.

This service lasts about an hour and includes hymn singing. We would love to see you do come along and if you have time join us for coffee/tea & biscuits in the Community room after the service.

Do come and join our busy coffee morning.  We would love to see you..  Last Friday we must have had 50 – 60 regulars and visitors.  Some just call in for a quick drink others stay a while. Everybody welcome.
