Church Events Wed 19th – Friday 21st September

The following Church organised events for this week are:-

Wed. 19th Sept.                                                   at 4 pm. Choir Rehearsal

If you enjoy singing and would like to join a choir, come along and speak to Kevin or Nigel.

Thurs 20th Sept                                      at 12 pm  Tai Chi, Gentle exercise for all.

 Do come along to join this very popular 1 hour session.

Thurs. 20th Sept                                      2 – 3.30 pm. Social Afternoon. 

Afternoons of lighthearted fun and fellowship.  Open to all whether a church member or not.  Why not give it a try?

We Start these  Social Afternoons again this Thursday At 2 pm. with a  ‘Domino Drive’ .

Friday 21st                         10.30 am – 12  Coffee Morning. 

This is our regular popular and busy Friday Coffee Morning.  We often have visitors and holiday makers calling in as well as our regulars so do come along and enjoy a reasonably priced drink and biscuits.  Just call in or stay a while.  We would love to see you.

Events 12th, 13th September 2018

Wednesday 12th September 4 – 5 pm. Choir Rehearsal

Our regular Choir rehearsal takes place in the Community Room.  If you enjoy singing and would like to belong to a choir then come along and talk to Kevin or Nigel our two organists.

You will be very welcome.

Thursday 13th September Tai Chi 12 – 1 pm.

Gentle Exercise for all.  This is a very popular session. Why not give it a try?

Thursday 6th September: Tai Chi 12 – 1 pm.  Gentle Exercise for all.  This is a very popular class.

Choir Rehearsal Wed 1st August; And Tai Chi Thursday 2nd August

Wed 1st August, 4 – 5pm. Choir Rehearsal.  Yes it’s back this week after a break last Wednesday. If you are interested in singing and would like to know more about the choir then why not come along Wed or the Sunday service and talk to one of the choir or the organists.

Thursday 2nd August 12 – 1 pm. Tai Chi.  Note this is the last session before a 2 week break (next week 9th and 16th).

Church Activities 6th& 7th June

Wednesday 6th June Choir Rehearsal 4 – 5 pm.

After last week’s Choir Sunday  we are back to our normal Rehearsals in the Community Room 4 – 5 pm.  If you are a singer and interested in joining the choir do come along to this session or to our Sunday morning Service at 10.30 am and speak to one of the choir.  You will be very welcome.

Thursday 7th June Tai Chi in the Hall 12 – 1 pm.

Our weekly gentle Exercise for all.  A popular session that is always well attended.  Next week on the 14th this activity will be cancelled but only for one week.  Back to normal on the 21st June.

Church activities 15th to 17th May 2018

Tuesday 15th.  2.15 pm. The Mens Group Spring Meeting. ‘Points of Interest’

2.15 pm for refreshments followed by the day’s topic at 2.30 pm.

This group is always looking for new people so come along and join us you will be made very welcome.

Wednesday 16th.  4.00 pm.  Choir Rehearsal.

Our weekly rehearsal in the Community Room.  If you are a singer and interested in joining the choir come along and see Kevin, Nigel or Ernest or come along to our Sunday morning service at 10.30 am.

Thursday 17th.  12 pm. Tai Chi.  Gentle Exercise for all

Social Afternoon 2 – 3.30 pm.  This is a leisurely afternoon. A chance to meet friends, enjoy others company and this week play dominoes.

Church Activities Tuesday 13th – Thursday 15th March inc.

Tuesday 13th March Mens Group A.G.M. 2.15 for 2.30 pm.

Tea & biscuits at 2.15 pm. followed by meeting at 2.30.  Do come along with any suggestions that you may have for next year.

Wednesday 14th March, Ladies Fellowship 2.15 pm. Please note that this week’s meeting is at Church Road Methodist Church at the earlier time of 2.15 pm.
