Church Events Wed 19th – Friday 21st September
The following Church organised events for this week are:-
Wed. 19th Sept. at 4 pm. Choir Rehearsal
If you enjoy singing and would like to join a choir, come along and speak to Kevin or Nigel.
Thurs 20th Sept at 12 pm Tai Chi, Gentle exercise for all.
Do come along to join this very popular 1 hour session.
Thurs. 20th Sept 2 – 3.30 pm. Social Afternoon.
Afternoons of lighthearted fun and fellowship. Open to all whether a church member or not. Why not give it a try?
We Start these Social Afternoons again this Thursday At 2 pm. with a ‘Domino Drive’ .
Friday 21st 10.30 am – 12 Coffee Morning.
This is our regular popular and busy Friday Coffee Morning. We often have visitors and holiday makers calling in as well as our regulars so do come along and enjoy a reasonably priced drink and biscuits. Just call in or stay a while. We would love to see you.

Worship Sunday 16th September 10.30 am (MHA Sunday)
Worship this Sunday (Methodist Homes Sunday) is led by Mr Richard Golding.

We do hope that you can join us for this service. Our Sunday Worship generally lasts about an hour and our congregation numbers between 65 -75. We often have visitors & people on holiday as well as our regulars so we do hope you can join us. If you have the time we hope you can join us for coffee & biscuits in the Community Room after the Service

Friday Coffee Morning 10.30 – 12 pm.
It’s time for coffee/tea and biscuits again at our regular Friday Coffee Morning. do come along and give it a try. It’s busy and popular. Just drop in or stay a while. We look forward to seeing you.
Saturday 15th September. Bake Sale 10 am – 12 noon
Admission £1.00 (including a drink). To raise funds to twin our toilets and support Graeme’s trip to Uganda with Tearfund. If you’re able to, please bring a donation of cake (it can be baked by you or bought from a shop). Donations for a raffle will also be welcomed. If you are baking a cake, please indicate if it contains nuts or if you make a special gluten-free one (just to avoid problems).

Wednesday 12th September 4 – 5 pm. Choir Rehearsal
Our regular Choir rehearsal takes place in the Community Room. If you enjoy singing and would like to belong to a choir then come along and talk to Kevin or Nigel our two organists.

Thursday 13th September Tai Chi 12 – 1 pm.

9th September: Welcome Service at Lytham Methodist Church
6.30 pm. Welcome Service for South Fylde Methodist Circuit at Lytham Methodist Church
The Welcome Service for our new circuit team will be led by the Rev Paul Davis.
Rev Adrian’s Welcome Service to Shaw/Royton Circuit
Rev Adrian’s Welcome Service as superintendent of the Shaw/Royton Circuit took place On Wednesday 5th August 2018. Some from The Drive were there to support him. Rev Katy Cunliffe is vicar of Holy Trinity Shaw/ Children & Young Families Missioner in Oldham East.

You’re invited so do come along and join us. We would love to see you either with a friend or by yourself you will be very welcome. Our average attendance is around 70 and the service lasts about an hour.
