 Lancashire Sings Christmas 

This is an annual event organised through BBC Radio Lancashire at which community and church groups come together to sing carols as part of a live broadcast. The gathering in Lytham, this Thursday, is going to be one of the venues from which the live broadcast takes place … so we need lots of people to come along, to sing your hearts out please.  7 pm.  Costa Coffee on Park Street, Lytham, FY8 5LU.  Free Coffee and fame.

Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December at The Drive.

4.00 pm. Wednesday 13th is our regular Choir rehearsal.  This week rehearsing for Sunday’s Carol Service so we are in the church.

12.00 pm. Thursday 14th Tai Chi in the Hall. Gentle Exercise for all.

2 pm. Thursday 14th. Social Afternoon.  Christmas Party this week.  You’re invited do come along.

You will be welcome at any or all of the above activities.

Monday 4th Dec.: Our first Advent Discussion.

You are invited to these Advent audio/visual/ discussions led by our minister Rev Dr Adrian Burdon.

They will be in the Community room and last about an hour. All will be welcome.

Advent is the time to prepare for the Christmas celebrations.

December 4th: Benedictus (The song of Zechariah).

Sunday Worship: 9 am. ‘said’ Communion. 10.30 am Toy service, 3rd December

9.00 am. ‘said’ Holy Communion led by Rev Dr Adrian Burdon.

 

This is a short Service lasting about 30 minutes

10.30 am. worship, is our Toy Service led by Rev Dr Adrian Burdon.

Gifts of unwrapped toys will be given to Oak Tree Children’s Centre.

This is a longer service lasting about an hour.  Our congregation averages about 70 but we are always looking at increasing this so do come along and join us for coffee/tea in the Community room afterwards if you have the time.
